The General Lee is one of the most famous TV show car in the world
At one point the car got more fan mail than the other stars of the show
"Happy Birthday General Lee" shows how in the show the General lee was born
During the show run, over 300 Chargers met their untimely death
The show spawned all kinds of merchandise durning the shows run
Once the "bean counters" took over after the show was moved back to CA they started using miniatures and there was no more true jumps
The general lee to this day still has a large fan base and people are recreating it all over
